founder of Ellus in 1972, Chairman of our Board of Directors and our Chief Executive Officer. In addition, Mr. Nelson Alvarenga currently participates in the Board of Directors of the subsidiary Luminosidade Marketing e Produções S.A. He has been director of the Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo – FIESP and of the Federation of Commerce of the State of São Paulo – FCESP and member of the Board of the Brazilian Textile Industry Association – ABIT. He is currently a member of the Board of IDV – Instituto de Desenvolvimento do Varejo.

Juliana Regina Guerra. Financial manager of the Company since 2014 Graduated in Business Administration with an MBA in Marketing from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.

Gilberto Lerio. Professional with extensive experience in accounting, with an academic degree in this area from the Pontifical Catholic University in São Paulo and a specialization in Auditing Financial Statements from IBRACON.

Paulo Alessandro Elliot de Matos.

Professional with over 25 years of experience, focusing on international “Premium” brands in Brazil and Latin America. Since 2012 he has been statutory director of Tommy Hilfiger Brasil S.A. and member of our Board of Directors since July 2020.

Ruy Silva de Oliveira.

Professional with experience in Finance Management, having built a career in the Company, having worked in the areas of Treasury, Internal Audit, Planning, Costs and FP&A. Graduated in Accounting Sciences from Centro Universitário Ítalo Brasileiro with extensions in Statistics from FIA and Controllership from Saint Paul.
